DELIVERY

THE ORDER PROCESS

• Pop your order in & you'll receive an e-mail confirmation detailing the goodies you've purchased.

• A follow up e-mail will be sent once we dispatch your order, letting you know it's on its way. We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day. During busy periods this may increase.

• Please allow approximately 1-4 working days from the date of dispatch for your order to arrive, depending on the chosen service.

• Please double check the delivery address before submitting an order. If you have entered incorrect information, please let us know in the first instance by sending us an email to info@sawleykitchen quoting the order number. We cannot be held responsible for an order that has already been dispatched with incorrect delivery details.

GOOD TO KNOW

• Please note Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

• At present we only offer shipping to addresses within the UK. We don't offer International delivery options.

• We always endeavor to keep products in stock at all times, but since we're a small artisan bakery we cannot guarantee this. If there is ever a delay with products that require baking fresh, we'll reach out & let you know.

• Tracking information will be supplied by Royal Mail, to the email address provided to us when you order.

• Postage is based on weight & size of the parcel. If your order comes in under 2kg the following options will be available to select at checkout:

  • 2nd Class (2-5 Working Days) - £3.95

  • 1st Class (1-3 Working Days) - £4.95​

• If your order is over 2kg, or is large in size, the above pricing options will be unavailable at checkout. Instead the following options will be presented:

  • 2nd Class (2-5 Working Days) - £7.95

  • 1st Class (1-3 Working Days) - £8.95

• We aim to dispatch the next working day. During busier periods, this may take longer. For more information, please visit our Delivery Policy.

• Each order placed can only be delivered to one address. If you wish to deliver to multiple addresses please make separate purchases to cover all postage costs.
