Corporate Gifting FAQs

How does delivery work?

Our aim is to make everything as easy for you as possible.

We can ship all items to a single address such as a workplace, or we can deliver to individual addresses. In order to capture each person's address correctly, we'll supply a Corporate Order Form for you to fill in & return.

Shipping costs will depend on whether the order is being shipped to a single destination, or to multiple addresses. For individual addresses it's £3.95 for 2nd Class or £4.95 for 1st Class for each parcel. Bundling together to a single address will depend on the weight and number of boxes - we'll be able to inform you of expected shipping charges once we know the quantity of products.

Is there a minimum order?

There's no minimum order for us to process a corporate request, however the tiered discounts only apply for orders £250 and over.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, we do! As a thank you for choosing us for your gifting needs we are pleased to offer:

- 5% on orders £250+
- 7.5% on orders £500+
- 10% on orders £1000+

Please note, the minimum order total must be reached minus postage.

What is the turnaround time for orders?

Turnaround time depends on the size of the order. Every item is baked to order to ensure it's as fresh as possible and holds the longest possible shelf life. We will advise at the time of ordering an expected lead time.

What is the shelf life of the products?

Your order will be baked fresh with a 6 month shelf life, meaning the recipient will have plenty of time to enjoy their goodies!

Can I choose what products go inside the gifts?

To keep the process as simple as possible, we only offer set flavours inside each gift. But rest assured, there'll be a scrumptious selection of our bestselling products so we're positive they'll love it.

As always, if there are any allergies to cater for please let us know and we can advise the best option.

Can I add a message?

Of course! Tell us your special message and we'll handwrite it on a postcard. If the order is particularly large, we'll pop in a printed version.

Can I customise the wrapping?

Yes, we can source cellophane or bow ribbons that match your company colour. For an additional fee, we can also create branded gift tags with your company details. Please let us know if this is something you'd like us to look into at the time of ordering.

How is payment made?

Once we have confirmed your order, along with the shipping fee we will provide an invoice with payment details. Once payment is made we'll get to work baking!
